What was once a dilapidated and defunct storage warehouse in the middle of the art district, is now a vibrant and colorful marketplace. It’s one of the most unique buildings in the city because you feel like you’re walking down a small-town main street, but it’s all inside this large open warehouse. The Breezeway consists of four retail rooms, five retail cottages, and one “food bar” cottage, which is a fully permitted commercial kitchen built into a small 100 sq.ft. space. This is adaptive, redevelopment at it’s best.
