Creative co-working for artists and entrepreneurs alike!

FOR ARTISTS

FOR ENTREPRENEURS

FOR CREATIVES

225 E. Pershing Street (former “Junk King” w/ owner relocating) and 231 E. Pershing Street (former Florida Transmission w/ owner retiring) buildings are being turned into the Art District Collective, a co-working space for artists and creative small businesses! It will be a modern version of the Historic BFA Studios (FSU Bachelor of Fine Arts Studios) that anchored the Historic Railroad Square at 644 McDonnell Dr from the 1980’s - 2010’s, now the site of the Railroad Square Craft House.

These buildings will become an “Art Factory” with small, affordable working studio spaces which are closed to the public during the week, but can be open for "Market Days" on the weekends. We have always had a huge demand for these types of spaces, but we haven't been able to accommodate these types of prospective tenants at our other Art District properties, which rarely have vacancies.

Art District Collective is best suited for brand new businesses, "hobbyists", part-time artists, or full-time working artists that don't want or need to regularly open to the public.
